A very experienced user of the internet who can offer help and support for people using the internet/ emails/ word documents, and can also offer help with using tablets and smartphones. Her session is on Wednesday 9.30 am - 12.00 noon

Lesley Elliott

Very experienced with all Microsoft Office applications including: making flyers/posters, completing forms and applications, preparing PowerPoint presentations, drawing, image manipulation and writing various texts. I can support you with internet searches, sending emails and other general usage. I can also assist with Android smartphones, plus tablets and laptops.  Her session is on Wednesday 2.30 pm - 5.00 pm

Nigel Minnis (Techno Buddy)

Very experienced user of the internet and of Microsoft Office - Family Trees expert - Photo Manipulation expert - Minor laptop repairs - PC & printer maintenance - His sessions are 2.30 pm - 5.00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday  (will do home visits)  

FAMILY TREES  -  "One of my hobbies is helping people with their family trees, and I'm sure I can help you. We have access to 'Find my Past', 'Ancestry', 'FreeBMD' and 'Family Search'.  The Family Tree we create can be stored in two ways, one is on 'Family Tree Maker' and the other is as an A3 Wall Chart. Doing your family tree is addictive, but so interesting and informative. e.g. my GGG-Grandfather gave us the trench coat in WW1.  If you are interested, then please call in and see me, and we can discuss it further"

Very experienced user of the internet - Microsoft Office - PC maintenance - Android Tablets & Smartphones/ basic knowledge of Apple iPhones & iPads - is the current Webmaster -  his session is on Wednesday at 2.30 pm - 5.00 pm  (will do home visits).  

Margaret Frostick 

Margaret is very experienced working online: filling in forms, sending applications, finding information, analysing data, preparing presentations and writing texts.  She is delighted to offer help with Microsoft Office, email and surfing the internet. Her session is on Friday from 10.00 am - 12.00 noon

Mike Walker

Mike is very skilled using Computers, Laptops and Microsoft Office.   He is also a regular user of LINUX, a 'free' alternative to Windows, and he'd love to show you how to use it!  His session is on Thursday morning from 10.00 am - 12.00 noon

John Young

Awaiting information - His sessions are on Mondays & also, with Roger Norbury, on Tuesdays from 9.30 am - 12.00 noon

Whilst you won't see him on site very often, Chris provides solutions and support which keeps the technology, computers and printers you see in the Cyber Centre running as smooth as possible.  We are very fortunate indeed to have an expert like Chris on our team
